May I take this opportunity to say how thrilled we are with our new conversion and to thank you for taking the time to go through our initial plans with us pointing us in the right direction to ensure we utilised the space available in the best possible way. The end result being a good sized en-suite and guest room with a suberb finish. My wife being at home most of the time with a small child was more than a little concerned about having workmen around, especially in January when the weather often prevented them from going out. Expecting disruption mess and bad language which is often associated with a building site we are very pleased to say that disruption was minimal, the site was cleared each day and yourself and the tradesmen that accompanied you were always polite and courteous and I’m told a pleasure to have around. As an added bonus all work was completed on schedule and within the agreed budget so it's safe to say we wouldn't consider using anyone but yourself in the future and will undoubtedly recommend you to friends
